Mass=Gas Small Group Training
The MASS=GAS program is a Physics Based Approach to Developing Elite Level Velocity, Power and Speed through weight training. This is our most popular program that has helped middle school, high school, college and professional players become bigger, faster and stronger athletes.
Speed Enhancement Program
The Arete Speed Enhancement program is a Physics Based Approach to Developing Elite Level Speed through a combination of sprint work and weight training. You may have heard that you can’t teach speed, this is completely false. When you focus on improving maximum force, rate of force development, increasing strength in your posterior chain, and implement quality plyometric training, you can certainly get faster.
Beginner Strength and conditioning class
This class is for ages 11 and under. It is meant to build a strong base of athleticism working on improving many different aspects of training with the main goal being improving movement patterns and decreasing risk of injury. This class is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 - 5:30.
ARETE ARm Care Program
The Arete Arm Care program is for anyone who has a nagging arm injury thats preventing them from throwing or someone who wants to bulletproof their arm to prevent future injuries. The program includes daily personalized arm care workouts that can be done in our facility or at home for only $40 per month.
general physical preparedness small group training
The general physical preparedness class is for athletes ages 12 and older but have not completed at least 3 years of our beginner strength class. This is a intermediate version of our training to help prepare them for the more advanced MASS=GAS program.
